About Delay Repay Sniper
Who are we and why do we do what we do?
Delay Repay Sniper is a product owned and developed by Travel Compensation Services Ltd. The product was developed with the sole intention of making it easier for rail commuters to claim compensation for delays and cancellations on their daily commute. We do this by providing a nightly email containing all the information needed to claim for compensation. In addition, we perform a series of validation checks prior to notification to increase the success rate of the claims submitted. The product was successfully launched in November 2012 and since that time we have enhanced the service through positive user feedback.
Underpinning the service are our core principles; quality, value, competence. We aim to assist the customers of the rail networks, to provide a service that enables compensation to be realised when the Train Operators do not deliver to their own standards. Train companies receive compensation after one minute of delay from network rail, the customer has to wait 30 minutes, that alone should provide the motivation to claim for a disrupted journey and DRS will provide all the information needed, we will even submit the claim if required.
